Been there many times and each and everytime there is no wait and no problems.  Great place to go.  I like how it seems family operated and very pleasant. Very nice and friendly staff. Will continue using them.

They are very rude and not customer- oriented. Screamed at me on the phone when I was simply inquiring about my registration that I hadn't received. They submitted the info for my classic car incorrecly. Last time I'm ever coming back to this place. 

I needed to use Wi-Fi when I go to the store and owner took my phone and deleted the Wi-Fi password. I get that you don't want people having your Wi-Fi password but there are different ways of going about this. Try setting up a guest network instead that renews every 24 hours is a good example...

Just don't seem like friendly people. You are providing a service. It shouldn't feel like I'm pulling teeth to find information.

Stand clear of this place, unless you want to come back 20 times. It's been 6 months and I still don't have all the necessary documents...Their excuse...Penndot. I've been to 3 different tag and title places and I have multiple classic cars and never ran into these issues.

Friendliest Licensing Service in all of East Stroudsburg & Stroudsburg PA. Very knowledgeable of laws for all their services. Won't go anywhere else.

Very helpful. I don't live in the area and I have never done a title transfer from another state before. She was very understanding and kind to me helping me through it all. She is the best person I have dealt with in a long time of getting my stuff registered.
