I love the service I receive from Day Chevrolet. I have complete trust in my service advisor, Ray. I always feel that he has my best interest at heart, and that he never recommends a vehicle service for my 2009 Impala that isn't absolutely necessary. When I purchase my next vehicle I plan on buying it from Day Chevrolet, primarily because of my comfort level with Ray and the rest of the Service Department team.

For the past year or so, I have ALWAYS enjoyed coming to Day Chevrolet because of their great service department! But strangely for some reason, my service adviser gives me mixed messages. We seem to have trouble communicating. She tells me one thing and I end up hearing totally something different when it comes time to pay for my services and that's not good!! Also, my car was NOT washed after it was serviced for its yearly inspection. For the money, I paid- I figured a nice car wash would have been nice. So that is why I'm giving them less stars this time around.

Best experience I ever had with a dealership! I was never pressured at all, was treated like family, and very respectful. Everything was explained in detail by Dave Mossa & Larry, and the whole time they wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with my choice of car. I have been to different dealers over the years. I was completely shocked and how I was treated like family. I will never go to a different dealer again. I will return to Day Chevrolet for all my needs from vehicles to service. I can't say enough how happy I felt from this whole experience. Heather E.

MY SITUATION WAS NOT AN EASY ONE, BUT CJ PULLED OUT ALL HE HAD TO HELP ME PURCHASE A NEW CAR, WITHOUT HIS HELP I WOULD HAVE BEEN STUCK WITHOUT A MEANS TO GET BACK AND FORTH TO WORK. CJ AND MARCUS WORKED THERE MAGIC AND PULLED IT OFF. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. IF YOUR IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW CAR I SUGGEST YOU SEE CJ EARL AT DAY CHEVROLET
