Day & Nite/All Service's success and growth since inception can be attributed to our attitude from the top down. Kenneth and Irwin Sher, the principals of Day & Nite/All Service, firmly believe that the customer’s satisfaction comes above all. Every employee, from our file clerks to our technicians and service managers, understands this principle. All of our employees pride themselves in the prompt and efficient service they give our customers. At Day & Nite/All Service we are fully aware that in the commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and kitchen equipment industries, word of mouth is the greatest advertisement.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES:
Our representatives answer our phones courteously, professionally and are ready to assist you in all your service requirements. Our fully computerized operation includes on-line service histories and equipment inventories for each customer, allowing us to provide our customers with accurate and prompt responses to all inquires.

DISPATCHERS & TECHNICIANS:
Our 24 hour fully computerized system tracks our technicians in order to provide our customers with a prompt response. Our technicians are equipped with 2 way radios so we can communicate with them instantly. Our fleet of service vehicles in NY,NJ,CT,NC,SC and FL carries a full compliment of spare parts so that most repairs can be completed on the first visit.

We are a union company with our refrigeration and air conditioning technicians members of Local 638. Our kitchen technicians are members of Local 1922. The benefits of having union technicians are: union certified, training for quality diagnostic, union benefits, pension and welfare benefits for well taken care of employees that take great care of our clientele.

FACILITY:
Our 22,000 square foot facility is home to our well-stocked warehouse. Our inventories of parts are bar-coded so that we can track not only the parts in our warehouse, but in our technician’s trucks, which enables us to provide the proper part quickly when needed.
