My wife and I saw a great deal online, sent an email to inquire about the car, and had an appointment the next morning. When we arrived we were greeted kindly and asked if we needed anything (coffee, water, soda, a cookie) and were escorted to our salesman, Gary. He was so wonderful and not at all pushy, as some salesmen are known to be. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does and is very knowledgeable. Being from out of state, he really helped us understand all of the things we needed to do in order to purchase a car. We ended up buying the car we came to see, which we love by the way, and ultimately walked away having had a throughly wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership, Gary, and the rest of the team to someone looking to buy a car-whether that be new or used.

My husband and I stopped in to check out a car we saw on their website after contacting Tony the Internet salesman. We were treated wonderfully by Gary and the team and are very happy with our first car that we purchased together! Did a walk in for my 5k oil change and the wait was minimal . Wait area was nice , with a friendly staff. Only thing that would have been nice as an add one would have been a car wash. Back home in Illinois this was standard with Toyota dealerships but either way a nice place to have you vehicle serviced.

I've been doing business with Day Toyota for years. They're incredible, offering the best prices along with the best service. Gary Fritch is a top-notch salesman, offering the kind of honest, friendly service that you just don't see nowadays. John Petrovich in Finance shops for the best rates and goes the extra mile to make your purchase as affordable as he can. These guys are my dream team. Definitely see what kind of deal these guys can make you before looking someplace else.

Day Toyota is the only car dealer I’ve gone to since coming to Pittsburgh in 1996. I’m a Toyota loyal lifer! The staff here are consistently welcoming, polite, and helpful in explaining what needs to be done with my vehicle. The showroom is clean and bright, and the waiting area is well-appointed and comfortable to ample seating, a children’s play area, and free, yummy Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! This location is often busy, so wait times can be a bit longer than expected, however, the service people communicate well and often, checking in to explain any delays. That said, the service people do make every effort to get your work done fast. Yes, you’ll also pay more here than at a national chain mechanic, but the techs here will do the job right. You can rest assured that you’re getting the best possible care for your Toyota here at Day. I know because I’ve gone elsewhere thinking I’d save money and have ended up here only to spend more to get the job done right. As long as I live in Pittsburgh, I’ll keep giving Day my business.
