This has got to be the most welcoming, friendly and efficient car dealership I have ever experienced. Darren is the most wonderful brand specialist, and is extremely knowledgeable. All of the staff, including Andy made me feel much more comfortable in what can be a very stressful process. The dealership is next to none and they made many accommodations to make the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend buying a car from Day Volkswagen. While searching for a car, I had difficulty trying to find someone willing to help at other dealerships in Monroeville. Meanwhile, when I went to Day Volkswagen the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Brady helped me find my new car and went out of his way to make sure that I could test drive the car I was interested in. Thank you to everyone at Day Volkswagen for a great first car buying experience!

I recently bought a new car from Nick at Day Volkswagen, and it was seriously the best car buying experience I have had. The manager, Jason, was a pleasure to work with also. They were honest from the start, which I greatly appreciated, and helpful, professional, and friendly throughout. They worked very hard to gain my business without being pushy. Jason really worked the numbers with me to get me a great deal! I was actually impressed by the whole team and plan to continue to use them for maintenance or any service needs I might have.

The folks there were great.  We are currently shopping for a new vehicle and have a short list of vehicles.  I went to the VW dealer, and upon entry was immediately greeted offered a beverage.  They were very knowledge and even took the time to sit with my baby while I made her a bottle.  Other dealerships I went into did not approach us for 10+ minutes.  We are now settled on what we want and when the time comes we will go where we were treated properly.

By far the best VW/Audi dealership around. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Having a lot of questions for a first time car buyer. They made it pain free. Thanks for getting my all set up with everything!
