Absolutely unacceptable. Booked a king room for non smoking.  Paid for the room. However when I arrived they had sold all rooms and only had smoking available.   Front desk clerk said there was nothing he could do and proceeded to cancel my reservation. Completely unacceptable.  Ended up taking shuttle to airport and sleeping there.

My experience was terrible.  There was a mouse in my room at 2am. They moved me to a dirty room leaking refrigerator no microwave or coffee pot.  Didn't update in the system I moved to another room. My family couldn't find me. Went downstairs for continental breakfast and came back to room. Key didn't work.  Would not recommend staying here and I am still waiting for my refund............

Nasty. Nasty. Broken down miserable hotel. Was sent there by airline when stranded in Philadelphia overnight. Dangerous driver in old smelly shuttle van shod been first clue. It got worse. Much worse. Should have stayed on a cot in the airport. It would have been cleaner and safer.

The first room I had, on the sixth floor, had mice in it. I was moved to another room that didn't have mice, just a lingering fly. Breakfast is only cereal, fruit, toast, and maybe a bagel. The Front desk staff is kind enough, however; I wouldn't stay here again.

This was one of the better hotels during my trip. The room was clean. The location of the hotel is good. There's a 711 nearby. The breakfast was decent. Nothing to complain about.
