I wish i could write a review about my stay here but frankly my experience never got that far. I called a little over a week ago to find a place for my mother to stay for a visit and was told that because she would be staying for a week they would offer her a discount. Yesterday my father called to make the reservation for her only to be met with the rude front desk lady who quoted him a MUCH higher price then i had been told and that they DO NOT offer deals for a stay of a week. I called to find out why he was told something TOTALLY different then i was and was met with an extremely hostel lady who i can only guess is new considering her lack of knowledge of their computer system. At first she tried to tell me the same  thing she told my dad but quickly changed her tune when i brought up the price that the very kind and helpful gentleman had previously given me and she agreed to honor the price that i had been given first. Since it was my father that was trying to make the reservation i told her his name and that he would be calling her in a moment. Shortly after i got off the phone my father contacted me to let me know that the lady would only honor that price for ONE night not for the whole week like she told me. That was the point that we decided to go elsewhere. Now i while all this was frustrating and seemed very shady it was the ladys snooty attitude to both me and my father right off the bat that really ruined my experience. I don't care if they have clouds for beds i wont recommend that kind of treatment to anyone.

After returning from our day trip housekeeping had been in our room.....
But the trash cans still were full,dirty towels and wash clothes still on bathroom floor,
Empty shampoo bottles still in shower.
Not impressed with housekeeping!
The front desk people were friendly and helpful.

Pretty standard hotel. I'd recommend going to 'Fire' for dinner its nearby and very good.

Adequate for the price. Wasn't dirty or gross feeling. Breakfast was ok, coffee not bad, and they served fresh chocolate-chip cookies in the evening. Location is great for kids. Should be noted that currently there's no elevator so if you have lots of baggage or kids, request a bottom floor. I would stay here again.

Basic hotel. Good location.  Rm 132 very noisy on bottle. Can hear upstairs shower.  Good hotel for the price.
