The beds were comfortable! The Shower and Toilet were clean. Towels were a but rough. Plenty of towels hand clothes and rags. The decor was simple. You can tell where they tried to update the room. There were a few cob webs in the ceiling corners, the sink could be updated. The air conditioner work good. The housekeepers walked in (We had the door cracked a tiny bit) and a maintenance man about 3 times during the morning while getting ready. The gouside needs updating like the stairs. But other then that it was good for the price and was a good put stop to sleep, shower and get ready... Oh yeah and good small and quick continental breakfast.

Very Clean no bed bugs , we stayed in a smoking room by request. I will admit it seems with it being smoking room it's a bit neglected. The other rooms looked well kept. I think the night shift, are up beat amazing and helpful people. They kept fresh coffee in the lobby all night. The morning desk clerk, has a lot of attitude. The breakfast staff was nice, they did serve the same breakfast each day. At the time of our stay the hot tub did not work, and when I asked the lady in the day if the indoor one was available, I was just told simply:  no as she turned away. When returning we will stay here again best budget hotel.

Friendly staff and excellent service.  The cleanliness of rooms and hotel was exceptional. 
The hotel is dated about 1970s but has had clean and recent refurbishment. I recommend it for price and environment. Hence 5* is my rating.

Five stars, for a 2.5 star hotel. The continental breakfast was better than what I usually experience. Shower was also nice

Probably one of the best places to stay in the area, was full of travelers which is a good sign. L shaped building, wroth pool and had and picnic tables,  inclusive breakfast.
