My wife & I have been spending a lot of time here over the past few weeks while we get a few repairs done on the house we bought. We have been staying in non-smoking king bed rooms and have been pleased with the accommodations. The manager & her evening asst. manager are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is good except I would like to see another adult cereal. The price is a few $ over the place where a lot of people stay, including us in the past. But this is now our motel of choice in Granbury. The motel is evidently renovating some rooms by adding a half heght wall in the king bed rooms. So you walk in and there  is a love seat, the wall, then the bed. It's like a mini-suite at a VERY good price.

The room, dining room, and lobby were clean and comfortable though in need of small repairs. The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. A better than expected option for stranded travelers.

This trip was a disaster. We were traveling to Grandbury from Chicago Friday, Sept 8th. for my brothers wedding. Hilton Inn and Suites "lost" our reservation and was unwilling to compromise because they booked our room. No compensation, apology, nothing. Literally every hotel was booked. It was 2am and we had nowhere to go. We called Days Inn. Daniel answered the phone. He was our saving grace. Without hesitation he called other hotels for us to see if they could help. Gave us suggestions. Made sure we had a room for Saturday night ( he was booked too on Friday). Even said he will personally check a smoking room to see how bad it was if we wanted that room. Saturday morning comes along and the Asst mgr was such a help as well. I had a slight nervous breakdown in the lobby (my brothers wedding was in 4hrs. I have been up for 24 hours) and she said she will do anything to help. She went and found housekeeping and made sure our room was next to be clean so we could get in there. I cannot say enough about the staff here. They actually genuinely cared about my husband and I when they had no idea who we were or what our story was. You don't get that often anymore. I was able to thank the Mgr after we checked in and thankfully Daniel was on nights again when we returned from the wedding. I was able to stop in and thank him personally face to face. So again, Days Inn, you guys are great. Especially Daniel!! Grandbury is a great little town, I hope to be back, and will DEFINITELY book at Days Inn. PS. Daniel needs a raise! ;)

Not quite my personal experience but I've heard some terrible things which makes me not want to go there myself

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff with good amenities. The rooms are clean and quiet with a touch of elegance.
