I don't know where to begin at all. Honestly the receptionist was great. The stay overall was horrible. They place us on the other side of the hotel which was dirty and creepy. The room smell like mold. I wanted to change my room but the hotel was book to the capacity. Let me finish telling you about my stay. The sink had toothpaste stains, the tiles in the bathroom was crack, and the room was cold. I called the front desk asking for maintenance to fix the heat. Guess what he never showed up. So I gave up and ask for extra covers. Guess what? I had to get myself! I paid for 2 adults and two children. There was only two pillows and two wash cloths. And guess what I had to get that too. Let's talk about breakfast. No batter for the waffles, and frozen eggs. The continental breakfast was damn right horrible. I'm so disappointed. I will never stay here ever again. I have pictures of my room and the continental breakfast. This is not a good place to stay.

Never again! We were traveling back home but it was too late for our four year old son. This was the only hotel closest to where we could stop. When we came in, a couple was arguing with the desk clerk because they couldn't find their reservation, even though the couple had a print out confirmation of their room. After that couple decided to leave, the clerk seemed to be frustrated with the rest of the people on line. We finally got to our room, and it was nothing like the pictures that we saw on their site. It seemed like we time traveled back to the 60s. The tv appeared to be the only updated feature. When we finally got to sleep, the phone rang every 2 hours, waking up our four year old. We weren't the only who had this issue. During breakfast, other patrons complained about the same thing. Speaking of breakfast, too bad I can't post the pictures. We were informed that they had a big continental breakfast from 630-9. Their 'continental breakfast' consists of cold oatmeal, apples and oranges, 2 types of cereal, coffee and juice machine, bread for toast, store brand yogurt, and frozen eggs that took five minutes to be heated individually, by one small microwave, and waffles. I've never seen so many angry people at a hotel. Before we left, I approached the desk to question why the phone kept ringing during the night, and how they can consider that to be a 'continental breakfast.' The desk clerk stated the phones were ringing because of messages in their system were not cleared and that guests were lucky to have the breakfast included, considering that they have a low budget for the upkeep of the hotel.

We stayed at Days Inn on 10/4 for $158. We were told to drive around the back of the building and go through the double doors. They did not even have locks on the doors so anyone could have come into the halls at any time. After getting into the room, I called the front desk and told them we did not want to stay and he told me there would not be a refund. The table was broken sticky and chipped. The walls were dirty and chipped. The sheets etc were so unkept we did not bring our luggage into the room fearing bed bugs. In the morning I told the manager we were deceived and requested to be reimbursed. He firmly put his hand on the counter and said the living conditions were livable. We asked for the corporate email and will see if they will handle this. I cannot believe Days Inn would allow a place like this to stay open.

This place is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a second-floor room with a balcony off the back overlooking the pool area absolutely beautiful. well worth the cheap rates that you're charged.

Great experience. Little sour at the beginning, but staff knows how to turn around the experience. Definitely will stay there again.
