Clean safe place to stay. A bit overpriced... but we went on a busy weekend. Fantastic free breakfast. Swimming pool and hot tub. Nice and quiet.

Nice place. Little expensive though. Also breakfast was off. Beds are nice. Worried we would get locked out to dogs. Overall nice.

 I was up there two weeks ago where I lost my car keys up there somehow they off my Keychain but I still have my house keys. You people took very good care of me, everyone was beyond nice. It's great to see that there are still good people in this world!

I thought the rooms were ok. The staff however seemed very unfriendly. I only spoke with the front desk assistant but she seemed very rude and it made me feel unwelcome.

well all started in January when we made reservations  we requested a handicap room as my in-laws (ages 85 and 90 respectfully)where going to join us  for the trip. and was told  that due to  a scheduled remodel  one should be ready no problem well fast forward to the week  before the trip. we  called to confirm our reservations and inquired about the handicap room  and was told it would be ready.
Getting to the hotel  and went in to check in  our bank card  was double charged , which made me  check our bank statement to discover we had a overdraft and the attendent told us it wasnt his fault and refused to  do anything  by telling us this was a normal practice to insure we didn't trash the room. my wife at this time was livid and requested the mgr who basically was unprofessional and rude..
We gpt home and informed corporate of what happened  and  we did get re-embursed what was lost  and the only reason i am giving this hotel a 1 rating, if you ever have to get a room at this hotel  do yourself a favor and drive the extra 40 miles to Duluth
