The room waa hot when we entered it, but the AC got it cold pretty quickly. Overall I liked the room, but felt I paid a little two much to have 2 queens instead of one king. There was one lamp that didn't work, but it was in an area we didn't need. They willingly gave us a later check out which was nice. Their pool seemed nice, but was directly in the sun for most of the day without shade. The hot tub was nice.

It's a bed and as long as you don't mind all the roaches it will keep you out of the rain. Good night staff.

It's wasn't too bad for a last minute trip. Definetly affordable and cheap, but you get what you pay for. Took about 30 minutes to check in due to the Front Desk being "very busy with other things. Besides that service was good.

Basically you get what you pay for! Super affordable and the location is awesome. Close to Gruene district, San Antonio and San Marcos. The rooms were so worn and outdated it had the feeling of being dirty, even though it was "clean". Just stained and musty. But cooled off quickly. WiFi was terrible. The housekeepers looked super unprofessional in just jeans and cut off tshirts with piercings and tattoos all over. Beds and pillows were comfy.

Was never notified of a pet fee. Booked online and it didn't say a thing about a fee. Checked out, checked my bank 2 days later, had a $50 charge. Called, found out it was for the pets, but they never said a thing at check in. Highly disappointed. The rooms weren't great either. Had a broken desk, called down, and they didn't do anything about it. Tubs were disgusting as well. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to be lied too.
