Management of this Days Inn withholds $100 from all customers and this is unethical. It should be disclosed in advance. I am a Diamond Wyndham member with 10+ stays per month and have not seen this policy anywhere else. With debit cards I understand it but not with credit cards. I will register this concern with Wyndham corporately. Rooms were very clean.but the lack of up-front disclosure is very troubling.

2 things overrode my short experience here, First when booking over the phone, KJ the desk person forgot to mention that there is an extra 100$ fee included on the room. Now when I was trying to check in I did not have the extra 100$. Therefore no room. Second the money wont be back on the card for 1 to 2 days. So tonight im out of a place to sleep. All thanks to KJ's forgetfulness and the manager who wont talk to a disgruntled customers. Stsy away from this establishment lest they find a way to screw you over to. Would be no stars but Google wont let me do that.

Very nice hotel! It has an art deco theme and really hip looking. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel has been completely renovated. The rooms are stylish and well done. The customer service was very good. My only suggestion is that they find a more suitable space to serve breakfast. The current dining area is too small which results in overcrowding and people bumping into each other. Definitely give this place a try.

I booked this hotel through priceline. When I got there, the suite was hideous, so I returned my keys and was promised a refund. Today after 2 complete weeks they come to tell me that I needed to call priceline in order to get my refund. They were using my money as back up for their own expense. I had been advised for 2 weeks by different employees that my refund was given back to my bank and should be getting it soon. I called priceline today and they hadn't even called them. Today is that my refund process will start. $248.04 a whole lot. Ive waited two weeks because they didn't wanna tell me the process in order to stay with my money longer. Shame on you and this disgusting hotel. This hotel is REALLY far from the beach and the rooms smell and are dark.
