This hotel was great and Sam is wonderful!! He deserves 5 stars for his awesome customer service. We have been doing alot of driving and got in late last night. We needed a good night's rest and a king bed since we have our 10 month old daughter that sleeps with us. He accommodated our every need and made sure we were well taken care of. Sam you rock!!!!

My room was clean and that's good because when you get into the affordable priced hotels that can sometimes be an issue. I thought it was good overall for the overnight stay.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and had adequate space. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

Small but clean room.  More than adequate for an I-5 sleep.  Not many food options close by.  I'd stay here again for the same $70ish price.

Bad experience, arrived late (11 pm) after long trip, at check in was told they couldn't print my receipt, got to room and it was 89 degrees inside, turned on air and waited 15 minutes and the temperature only dropped 2 degrees, opened bathroom door to find dirty towels on bathroom floor, people standing right outside room chain smoking/hanging out, told management who acted like I had put the dirty towels on floor and tried to tell me that the room thermostat said 89 degrees because it was reading the temperature outside ( total bull, stayed in a lot of hotels in my time and NOT ONE of the thermostats EVER READ THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE), management also said it would eventually cool down, I explained that it was unacceptable as I have Parkinson's as well as other conditions that require me to be out of the heat, they said they would move me and asked me to wait 5 minutes, then they returned only to take me to the same room, which had still (45 minutes later) not cooled past 87 degrees. Management was rude, and REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY!! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE DIRTY ROOMS WITH PEOPLE SMOKING RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR AS THE AROMA OF ALCOHOLIC VOMIT PROVIDES YOUR ATMOSPHERE. Fit for prostitution but not much else!! Warning every decent human, DO NOT STAY HERE!!
