HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!!!!!!!! I want to say, I did not pick this funeral home and saw some bad reviews online. I want to say to anyone who is considering this company to do it. This family run business was not only perfect, I felt like a family member. Zane Sr. is a very compassionate caring man and he helped me cope. If you choose some other place you will be making a very big mistake. Down to earth and comfortable. If I have the chance to pass through there place I would be honored. Will Dugger

Iam not really sure what exactly the owner wasn't able to assist you with. But I would like to try and paint you a small picture of his business. Its just him in there working and sometimes he gets strctched thin and it frustrates him. If you were to mmet him, he is a honest and loving man. My personal apologies for his behavior.....thank you for your comments......signed His Son

Great Family company! I would totally do business with this company again. The building is a nice size. I found the staff to be friendly and very personable. The owner said some beautiful remarks at the end of our service and the gentleman driving the car was very on point as far as going the extra mile to help my aunt. I was very impressed.

An absolutely horrible, despicable place! The worst part about this place was the horrendous customer service. One of the workers, a dark-skinned woman with longer hair, got on the microphone when the funeral hadn't even been over for 10 minutes and shouted "Y'all need to take your conversations outside". You think that's bad?? That's not even the worst. Not even 5 minutes later, she got back on and said, "THE FUNERAL'S OVER, Y'ALL NEED TO GET OUT THE BUILDING! I TRIED TO BE NICE!" And she was laughing! Are you freaking kidding me?!? This is a funeral! You should not have scheduled two services so close together that you would need to kick people out that quickly. And IF it was unpreventable, how about you take some interpersonal communication and customer service trainings. There are numerous ways she could have handled that situation, other than to get up on the stage and act like that. She should be fired!! RUN! RUN FAST!!!
