I'm so fortunate to have found Dr Zach Denka for my Family Physician. Not only is he well educated in medicine he is also very compassionate and thorough. The office staff is very attentive and friendly as well. Anytime my daughter and I need anything we are very well taken care of and in a friendly and efficient manner. Definitely ☆☆☆☆☆ and highly recommend!

Would give zero or negative stars if possible. My daughter has asthma and experienced an asthma attack at school. Called to see if there was an appointment available. Office informed me there was and I communicated I would get there as close to the time as possible, but I may be 5-10 minutes late. Arrived at 2:42 for a 2:30 appointment (after being told it was OK and that they would work with me), to find out they cancelled my appointment. I explained that my daughter really needed the treatment for the attack to subside, and it was clear they didn't care one bit. Don't waste your time here. Front office is 100% incompetent and rude most of the time. To me, a doctors office should take responsibility in helping children. Very unhappy as I have visited this office since my child's birth, and still get treated like a nothing. I hope this place gets shut down.

Took friend for appointment. THEN after checking with another person, they decided they don't take her insurance. She gave her info to person scheduling. Also, first impression, no one even grinned. Felt like we was bothering them.

I have been going to Dayton Family Patrice for 50+ years back when Dr George Denka started his practice on Patterson Rd and then to the current location before his passing. :( His son Dr David Denka joined his staff at their current location on Smithville Rd so I ended seeing him a few times. Couldn't get an appointment with him because of being out of the office so I ended up seeing Dr Nanda and then continued to see him afterwards because he was easy to talk with. Today I called to get an appointment w/ Dr Nanda but he is out of the office this week. This has happened a couple of times in the past but I don't care to see any of the other doctors there. Since it has been 2 years since I have had the need to see a doctor but now it isn't so easy to get an appointment. I was told I can call every morning when he gets back at 7:30 to see if I can get an appointment that day. I think it is time to move on well I know it is time to move on now. Nothing against Dr Nanda but Dayton Family Practice isn't what it use to be.

Patients 4-5 years now. Never had issue getting an appointment asap, never waited longer than 10 min. in waiting room. Dr. Denka has been fantastic with my entire family and truly listens to our concerns and expectations. Have had appointments with other DFP doctors over the years, and have always had a great experience. Very highly recommend DFP and always a positive experience.
