Currently have an Office of Consumer Protection investigation going against these people for the way they treated my husband and myself. You can read about it further under a gustave Robertson's review. I just thought I'd point out that the only way we got our vehicle back was to essentially steal it back. while we had an officer there to make sure my husband was not assaulted because previous to our visit to his office West claim over the phone  to love to fight and invited us down to fight if we would like. Looking back we're not sure if he meant of the actual physical fight, or legal battle, but either way we were prepared for both. 
     Even though they have guarantees on their walls and on their Facebook page that tells everybody about their rights, they are very good  only giving a half story of the story about your rights.  The half that helps their business.
     Hey also failed on their guarantee because of improperly diagnosing the fuel line repeatedly( They advertised a customer guarantee  on their Facebook and In office desk) wes claimed however that was not the work he did. That he had taken it to a different shop called pit stop so maybe I should talk to them. Another thing we did not authorize. What about that sounds professional? Please read further  on Gustave Robertson review if u would like.

Wish i could give 0 stars. This is a Horrable place. Wes(the owner) is a know it all, never wrong kind of guy. He comes off as being very rude even in normal conversation.  He claims to know his Profesion but didnt know what i or himself could legally do in our situation.  I was going to withhold a portion of payment untell everything got settled with the insurance company. You have to right to with hold payment till work is completed and you are satisfied. If you never pay then it could become a small claims issue. Unless the shop has a lean on the vehicle. Then they can hold and even potentially keep the vehicle. I Had to call cops to get my truck back.yes, I did get it back after calling.  Wes calls anyone with usaa insurance a idiot, ( wonder if he fells that way about all our troop or just the ones with usaa) I think he feels that alot of people are stipid. He also claims to love to fight and invited me to come down to his shop to fight. All over them not do what they needed to  properly diagnose the problem and then being told by the insurance company that is was their fault(or the fault of whoever he had look at the car ) and they should cover it. I didnt say that, he took his anger with usaa out on me. Everyone else is nice but that does not make up for his rudeness. The man wouldn't even let the cop talk.  Please never use these people. They don't need to get business because it seems to be so hard for him, and he done make enough  (his words not mine) I'm sure he will respond because I don't think he can help himself. Just remember this happend and even if he sugar coats it, I'm still a very u satisfied customers and if you look at reviews then that probley matters to you.

We had an accident with our 2004 Honda Odyssey and Dells Baraboo Auto Body did a fantastic job making it look new again. From the time of our free estimate to the final repair, the staff was courteous and professional. And they did excellent work. My husband and I both highly recommend them!

The business that is stated for this location (Dells Baraboo Auto) is not the correct business nor is it the correct address for that building. The business in that building is Tents & Events and shared with J. Stevens Productions. The street address should be S2479 County Rd. BD, Baraboo as the road is named County Rd BD/Business 12. Maybe this should be addressed to avoid further confusion.
