Purchased a Remington 597 .22LR to teach my wife and daughter to shoot. Received rifle quickly but had an issue with one hex bolt that was stripped at the factory. Took the rifle back to DCF to get issue resolved with the bolt and was told by the armorer that the rifle would need to be sent back to Remington for the repair because it is under warranty. I sent numerous emails with no replies, called and left numerous phone messages to inquire about status of this rifle, received no replies. After 31/2 months I went into DCF to get information and discovered not a single thing had been done with my rifle. I was under the impression that it was sent back to Remington for repairs. Very disappointed with DCF and their lack of attention and follow up on this action. I contacted Remington directly and they sent me the hex bolt I need to replace the damaged one and stated this repair should only have been 3-5 weeks in waiting time once the rifle was returned to them. Not the kind of customer service I expect. Failure to respond is not a good business practice. I was recommended to DCF by many of my law enforcement friends and now we all agree this is inexcusable service. Kelly Medina

Went to DCF guns to buy a GSG Firefly. The website showed two different colors in stock. They told me they were out of stock online. They also told me to leave them my name and phone number and they would contact me and I could do a "Special" order since I had cash. The salesperson had to talk to the manager first and he would call me later that day. Well, three days later no phone call and now a stranger has my name and phone number. FYI, I have previously purchased two firearms from this store. Needless to say, never received a phone call and I ended up purchasing the pistol from Sportsman's Warehouse and was a very pleasant experience. Not saying never, But I seriously doubt I'll be doing business with DCF guns in the future.

What I like most about DCF is the facility is very clean and we have always enjoyed our shooting experience. The staff are very friendly and highly recommend to anyone who enjoys firearms!

These 2 men didnt allow me on the range because to said I smelled of marijuana, which is funny becuase I dont smoke marijuana and haven't for over a decade. I havent even been in the presence of marijuana in months. I felt discriminated the moment i walked in the store and and was confused when the guy went to get his manager after I told him that it was my first time at the range and asked if there were any open spots. Him and his manager insisted that I smell of weed. So I asked them to call the cops to get someone with any actual intelligence and they said no. So I walked out to my car and took their picture as I was leaving to post this review. The manager then came to my car after to tell me that will call the cops for a third opinion so i am waiting for them to arrive now, and when the cops show up I will let the cops tell them that I dont smell of weed and I will never do any business with these people. I dont know the reason for their actions and accusation, and I'm not insuated its because im a minority or that because i decided to wear my hoodie instead of blazer, but they made me feel discriminated against and its something I won't forget. Status update, cops have arrived and have told them that I didnt smell of marijuana. They staff then Proceeded to try and offer me a free session at the range and I refused. I will now take my leave, thanking the officers that arrived, and never return. I will also let anyone who ask me about this place know my experience with them. I appreciate your timely response, the unjustified suspicion is the problem. Especially to say that I was on drugs. How would you feel if they wouldn't sell you groceries becuase they said you were on coke. That was a blatant lie knowing I did not smell like marijuana, from someone who says all 3 of his brothers smoke marijuana daily.
