We now require a credit card on file for ALL appointments. Below there is more information regarding our new policy. Feel free to ask any employee if you have any questions.


Cancellation Policy: We respectfully request and greatly appreciate 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment, but please notify us of any change no later than 24 hours. This allows us the time to inform our pending guests of any availability. This also allows us to keep our providers schedules booked; thus providing better service to everyone! If you cancel less than 6 hours more than one time, there is a note made on your account and you may lose pre-booking privileges.

Late Policy: De Rouge cannot guarantee appointments for guests more than 10 minutes late. Due to the fast paced nature of what we do, if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may be unable to shampoo and condition your hair. If you are 15 minutes late, we will not be able to perform the service and you may reschedule your appointment at no charge. We will always inquire with the provider to determine if they will be able to provide service to you or not.
No Show Policy: If you don’t show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service amount, using the credit card on file. You will risk not being able to pre-book future appointments.
Gratuity: Please CASH only. We cannot process gratuity on credit cards or take checks for more than service amount to give cash back.
Group Bookings: We require a credit card to hold all group appointments of 2 or more. For groups of 4 or more (parties, bridal, special event, etc.) notice of cancellation is 14 days prior to appointments scheduled. If group reservations are cancelled less than 14 days prior to appointment, 50% of the reservation value will be charged to the credit card that was provided. If anyone from the group is more than 15 minutes late or a no-show on the day of appointment, 100% of the service amount will be charged to the credit card provided for each late or no show guest.
