We are a casual dining restaurant located on beautiful Belton Lake in Belton, Texas. Since opening in July 2008, we have become well-known for our great atmosphere, fantastic margaritas and delicious food.

Great music, food and service! The decoration is awesome. The view is spectacular. A bit expensive but not outrageous. I would recommend to anyone! The veggies were on point!!

View and Server rocked. Food brings this review down. Steak was ugh and they placed the fries under. So if you like soggy Texas fries then you're in luck. Food just needs an upgrade. Really wanted the food to be better because the view and service were awesome.

I honestly could tell you many things I personally enjoyed coming to the Dead Fish Grill, luckily I'm not limited to a character count on Google but I'd like to share things you might be interested in. Food is always prepared and decorated wonderfully, something from a fine restaurant. There approach with the theme on the inside and the beautiful view is amazing! It's a get a way if you could easily describe it at that, the wonderful servers and greeted by a kind host. Everyone participating to work as a unified team will make you want to continue to come back, if you'd like to even come by when they have bands playings on a late night and a nice drink in hand they can perfect that too. If you haven't been here before I personally recommend taking a trip out to Belton and be astounded by their service, food, and amazing view. From first dates, to festivals, parties and a drink out with the boys, it's a great environment and they welcome everyone.

Read other reviews had hoped for a nice dinner and a great view. Oysters were bad, sent them back. Got sick within an hour. Salad was old, one bite and pushed to the side. Dinner was so over spiced couldn't even taste the meal. Draft beer stale. Don't go, run far away. The only thing this restaurant has is a view. Not worth it.

Some servers great some just so so. View is great and drinks are great. Cheap food is good and $12+ food is kinda horrible. Whether its portion size or taste nothing I've had here over $12 I would order again.
