I've been going to Dealer Connection for years.  Always provide fantastic customer service.  Professional!  Rob and his staff know the vehicles of the customers and the customers.  They understand when to fix it like new or just make sure it's safe and runs well.  I'll never go anywhere else.

After being disappointed by both price and service at other automotive repair shops in this town, I tried Dealer Connection when they first opened and have been faithful ever since!  Rob and his crew are highly skilled, up to date automotive technicians.  I've joked with him often over the years that he is an exception--an honest mechanic.  They are the BEST auto diagnostics shop I've ever encountered in my adult life.  He tells you like it is, does exactly what he says he will do and will fix it right the first time at very fair pricing. He stands by his work and products from his suppliers.   My kids have grown up and now rely on Dealer Connection too.   In an industry where you see frequent turnover, the core ASE Certified Technician team at Dealer Connection have been there a long time--a tribute to Rob and the integrity of his business model and a reflection of his passion and how he treats people.  Once again, he resuscitated my vehicle just yesterday! Unlike a lot of these review blogs, I'm not related to Rob, compensated to comment positively, nor his preacher!  Just a satisfied, loyal, now going on 2 decade customer who's business he earned.

I have been taking my vehicles to them for years.  I have never had to come back for the same problem.
 When I have multiple issues, I trust them to tell me exactly what I need to have fixed first. With their advice I work out a payment strategy to get it all done.  Pricing seems fair for all work, but knowing I can trust them is priceless.

I take my vehicle there for multiple of things. The employees are courteous and professional. The pricing for their services are very good. They are upfront for the entire repair process and explain all options. I would recommend this location to anyone.
