The design and quality of Ford Products are perhaps the highest obtainable, specifically for the F-150. This design is totally functional in all aspects of use and a very desirable vehicle to drive and maintain.
The customer driven appointments incorporated into the F-150 design matches my needs with exceptional attributes. Really appreciated the personal service. The whole staff was wonderful and made me feel welcome and like they appreciated my business.  When I requested extra information, I got it immediately.  I couldn't have asked for a smoother car buying experience.  I would recommend Craig Herriman and the staff at Dean Arbour to anyone looking for a new or used car.

We were very happy with Sharon the sales lady at Dean Arbor Ford in Tawas. I would recommend anyone looking for any car to go look her up she is a very pleasant qualified knowledgeable sales rep. She will represent both the company and the consumer. We purchased a Jeep Cherokee that she found us because I wanted a Jeep over the Ford's we were looking at. Wonderful service, very attentive staff and reasonably priced costs of repair.  I will be sure to use them again even though my primary residence is 3 hours away.  I am a seasonal resident in the community Dean Arbour Ford in Tawas City is located.
