I brought my Accord in response to a battery sensor recall.  They took me immediately.   Customer service is top notch.   The sales manager showed me the lobby, the WiFi password,  and wanted to make sure the information in their computer system was correct.  He explained all the services that they offer.   Once again,  excellent customer service.   I was so impressed that after the work was done on my Honda,  I went home to get my Mazda 6, as I needed new tires.  The service representative was excellent,  she had a few different quotes on various tires,  and kept me informed every step of the way.  I've been going to Firestone for many years, but due to the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff, I have switched over to Dean Honda

I just completed my service at Dean Honda.  The staff was great.  I had an inspection and oil change completed.  Took about an hour.  At the end they explained everything they did as well as provide a free car wash.  The dealership was clean and comfortable.  I will have my car serviced here in the future.

John was so patient with my questions.  Explained services needed and didn’t feel pressured at all.  He and another team member actually took time to show me how to load an app on my phone to locate my insurance card necessary for my inspection.  That’s above and beyond and that kindness saved me an additional trip back.  Thank you!

Excellent sales experience with John Micklege. He was straight and to the point, spent time with us helping us learn about our new car, and thoroughly answered all our questions. They also gave us a fair price for our trade-in, and we never felt pressured or rushed during the buying process. I would absolutely recommend Dean Honda to anyone looking to buy or sell a new or used vehicle.

I bought a certified used car and had a couple of small issues. My salesman John Micklege kept in touch and even persuaded me to bring it in a second time when i wasn't completely satisfied. It was minor but he and the service manager gave me a loaner and fixed the issue. Great service from both parts of the dealership. I would highly recommend Dean Honda and John!
