This is my fifth car purchase from dean McCrary, here in Hattiesburg and each and every time it was very easy doing business with them, however this time was like a dream. My salesman, Grant Tolbert was especially nice to me and did not rush me. His kindness and courtesy were greatly appreciated. He is a blessing in disguise. I must commend the financial department for all of their great work. They performed nothing short of a miracle to get me into brand new car while keeping my payment at a very comfortable place. Again, my hat and compliments go off to everyone at Dean McCrary Kia of Hattiesburg!!

I've been driving with Kia for three years now, and I would never switch! This dealership has been a lifesaver for last-minute servicing, and as I have searched for a new vehicle the last few months, Garrett Green has been especially helpful. He knows that I love my 2012 Kia Optima and wouldn't give it up unless I had to, so he's made the process smooth and painless. Always go to Garrett!

I had a great experience today at Dean McCrary in Hattiesburg. Bobby Gray emailed me last week about the car I wanted. Went today, they had it, I got it and was in and out in 2 hours. Everyone I met was very professional and I so appreciate them doing everything they did to help me get my dream car. They deserve 5 stars in my book and I will highly recommend them.

I have brought my car there four times for a problem with the paint first they said it was acid rain and found out that it was not then said the next time that I was not drying it  off and after their washed and dried finding out that that was not the problem then they had their guy that come in and buff it out they said it took 6 hour for him to buff it out but yet the spots are still on the car so I took it to a body shop which they recommended in the body shop said that the guy that supposed to have done a good job did not do a good job at all so they were going try something else all the car will have to be painted in the meanwhile I got nothing but attitude smart comment from the service manager everyone else seemed to be helpful but her she always had an attitude I am paying for a car$500 a month and had it only from December 2016 shouldn't have any problem.
