I 100% recommend this dealership and salesman. I worked with Carl Shaeffer while I was buying my Subaru. He made the process really easy and didn't have the "car salesman attitude" that we all hate. Got a good car at a good price! Also, I was leaving town a couple days after I bought my Subaru and they happily expedited the process for me to register my car early and quickly. I would buy from here again!

I've been shopping for a 2018 Subaru Outback (Premium) for awhile and did my fair share of homework on the three major Subaru dealers in St. Louis. What brought me to Dean Team Subaru initially was the email communication I had with Mark McNulty and the low pricing on their website. Mark was great through the couple of email exchanges I had, helped me understand my "walking out the door" price and wasn't pushy on having me come in. When I ended up coming in, I met with Tony Wright. Tony from the get go was personable and affable, generally all around likable. I told him I was interested in the Outback but that I had plans to visit two other dealerships before the day was through. Tony said he'd love to do whatever was needed to help keep me at Dean Team and save me the trip to the other locations (Thanks Tony :) ). Since I knew what a fair amount about the Outback, there wasn't much "training" that I needed however Tony clearly was knowledgeable on the product line. He took the time to answer the few questions I had and provided clear and detailed information. He suggested a great stretch of road to do a test drive on so I could try out the various features the car had to offer. When it came to negotiations, the process was beautifully simple. Telling me that he wanted to know "what it would take" to make a deal, I was straight forward with my requirements and with a quick conversation or two with his manager and agreement on my end we were writing up the sales contract. All while doing this, Tony took the time to get to know my wife and I and shared stories about his own family. The finance manager we worked with was Jason Moore. We didn't spend a ton of time with him but he did a great job, got us through all of our paperwork quickly and we weren't pressured into any add on products like we've experienced at other dealerships. At the very end, Tony made sure to explain every last feature as we were doing our final wrap up and even offered some great suggestions on coming back for more information on the cars and to not forget to take advantage of their free car washes! When we were done, we were totally content with the process. Will definitely go back to Tony and the Dean Team Subaru folks for our next vehicle.

After being referred by a friend whose family has purchased multiple cars from Dean Team, I just purchased a Subaru Outback from sales person John Ostlund. John worked up specific pricing for me on five different vehicles, and he was willing to have all five pulled up front and ready for me to test drive. He was friendly on the test drives I did, and I felt very comfortable driving the cars. Once I chose what I want, he helped with the financing and showed me all the cool features of my new car. I am so excited! Did you know you get to use their carwash free once you buy the car? That's a fun perk. I'm sure I'll wash it once a week because it's SO beautiful! They made a new customer into a loyal customer in no time. I highly recommend this dealership and Subaru in general! (I would say I'll be back, and I will eventually, but Subaru has a history of lasting forever, so it may be a while before I buy again - which I will. I'd send any of my friends, though.)

Carl and the entire team made our purchase super easy. Every team member we saw was willing to answer all of our questions. There was no pressure and no back and forth waiting game with the sales manager. They gave me numbers, I made an offer, they accepted and we signed paperwork. I even coerced Jason into getting me a super awesome Subaru travel mug that I proudly carry everywhere with me as promised!

From the initial conversation with Dyamond, the service writer on the phone to picking up my car after it was serviced, I had an excellent experience! Dyamond was intelligent, courteous, and attentive to my needs. My in-house service writer, Paul Fix, was friendly, polite, and professional. I felt confident that he understood my needs and concerns. He provided me with a loaner vehicle (rented from the Enterprise office next door). He stayed in touch with me throughout the process and called when there was a question. Very happy with the personal and professional treatment I received and will be a regular customer in the future.
