The worst customer service I have ever experienced with insurance brokers. They have no work ethic. This specific woman that works on my livery insurance is never at her office, she is a fu***** JOKE. I don’t she has any knowledge about time management.  I don't know how she gets to keep her job. I can’t wait for renewal period to come so I can leave this company once and for all. I DO NOT recommend anyone to use these brokers for commercial insurance.
