The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. She called me 20 mins Before her office closed to confirm my appointment. I was unable to receive the call due to the fact that I was at work and don’t have my phone on me like a normal working professional. She then called again at 8:30 am the morning of my appt. As I pick up my phone she answers ‘Wow, you have a hard time picking your phone up’ in the most unprofessional, rude tone. I work ten hour days and I am unable to pick up calls at times which she should be understanding of being that she works as well. We, the patients, are the people which she needs to treat the utmost care. If not for us, then there would be no Dearborn pediatrics! The remainder of her staff is wonderful. I will NOT be coming here ever again!

Dr lobna is very professional.. my kid got very bad sleeping habit .. he is breathing through his mouth at night and every time I go to a doctor they told me he is fine but he isn’t sleeping well at night... he mades my life horrible... frequent waking every night.. dr lobna told me he is allergic and the medicine she prescribed make a big difference.. he is breathing well and sleep for longer time

Most rude, unprofessional, and unethical staff!! My sister went to see dr fakih and the girl at the front counter would not let her see the doctor because she didn’t have her 10$ copay! My sister told the girl at the counter that my mom will drop off the money when she leaves work. It’s beyond Disturbing to know this office wouldn’t see my sister because she didn’t have 10$ on her! Absolutely disgusted with this health care “professional” and her unsympathetic staff. Ps. My family has been seeing dr fakih for over 10 years and have never neglected to pay a copay!

I am posting this message as a mother who has endured when her sick daughter who had a fever of 102.3 goes into the office for Dr. Lobna Fakih's office and gets told by their front staff, because their other sibling had a deductible from a prior insurance about a year ago, was told that she could not be seen until that deductible gets paid. I should also add that I was terminated from that insurance for a year ago. Now I am not against paying at all, but to say the mother that we cannot see your sick child because of an expense that had happened, and this was not even the child, this is where I am having a hard issue to deal with. I don't know when and how the doctors lose their sense of empathy, but it is really sad to see that happen. I realize that this is a business but I think that under circumstances this could have been worked out, instead of just saying to me sorry we cannot see your sick child who was sitting next to me shivering from a fever. I am not sure how anyone would feel about this, and even would want to go and trust a doctor with such empathy. I should say that she became aware of this situation, and she didn't get affected by that. That is really sad to have a doctor like.
