Have been with Deb for almost 20 yrs. She has always been fast to respond and professional. She is very knowledgeable and I would never consider changing agents.

Deb is very fast at responding to us for any insurance need we have ever had ! She also goes the extra mile to help when we have had a claim! 21 years of State Farm and I have nothing but positives things to say!!

Deb is my State Farm agent. She schedules calls regularly to make sure State Farm is meeting my insurance needs. She’s friendly, responsive and takes her job as my agent seriously. I can’t say the same about my last agent but I’m very happy to have her as my home, auto and business agent. She’s a wonderful person. I highly recommend her.

Tried to register my new vehicle, called her for a form I needed, turns out this vehicle didn't even have the proper insurance on it after almost a month of her knowing we got it. She even told me it was good to go. Now I have 2 days to register and she has YET to get me anything after promising me she'd get it to us today at noon. Extremely disappointed. I can't even drive my new vehicle because she didn't do something in a timely matter.

Insurance is always one of those things that you hate paying. It’s like gambling. You can win with a small amount you put in or you pay forever and never see anything back. We returned from an overseas project and did some shopping around for the best and least expensive deals on insurance. Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I still like to deal with a person instead of a website. We ended up with State Farm in order to get our mobile home insured. Deb asked if she could quote for our existing home, car and other insurance policies we had in place. There was no pushing from her side for us to make a decision. To go short, the price was better than the insurance we had. Who reads the small print? Since we changed to State Farm, we had three darn major serious catastrophes happen to us. It turned out the small print made all the difference and this was the best insurance change ever made. Thank you Deborah for being there for us and keeping your promise. I hope you will never get a fourth call from me starting with: how are we covered for...but I know you will answer and act accordingly. Yep, have absolutely no regrets on the move to State Farm and highly recommended your office and the company you represent
