First time going here was to buy some "I'm sorry" flowers they made the perfect bouquet got me out of the dog house. Since then I've come back several times and never been disappointed, the staff is always friendly and ask the type of flowers and budget and will accommodate any thing. One person always uses a little bit more filler plants than the others but still always gorgeous arrangements

Debby did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely stunning! She worked so hard and made sure I got to see them before I walked down the aisle. She is the best around. I 100% recommend her services.

If i could give no stars i would!! I had flower delivered yesterday at work and when i came in this morning half the flowers were dead. My husband called the shop and they told him they would send out a stem. My boss called the shop since i was busy at work. The woman on the phone gave her attitude then said she would send out a new arragement and hung up. I called the store when i got free to speak to the owner or manager to let them know how rude the employee was and when i spoke to the owner Deb and explained the situation she said that she was sending out another one and that she had spoken to her, and did not know that was attitude. Then said i asked her if the flowers were blown in the picture i again told her my husband had ordered them so i did not see the picture. She asked why did i even speak to her i told her because i was busy and now she is getting attitude with me. I told her if this is how she runs her business we will not be using her again she then got even more attitude and said I am just gonna give your husband credit and i will not be sending another one and hung up. People these flowers are too expensive to deal with this crap especially from an owner!!

My husband gets me flowers from Deb's every Valentines day.  For the past 4 years they have arrived at my work place beautifully.  We also use them for work to send to different things.

I ordered roses for my Finance while I was over seas. The ones I got where cut too short and died the very next day or 2 days after. I called them up up and told them 12 roses died within 2 days and they made my order right. They sent out new flowers for her and she loves them!!
I have bought flowers in the past and they were great, it was just this one time. I will continue to buy from local and small business, Thanks for making things right. =)
