In my 30 plus years of G.A. corporate and major airline flying, I've never experienced this level of rudeness and general incompetence at an FBO. Specifically the owner, Will Gaitros' child-like behavior is unacceptable. Unreliable and overpriced maintenance and services make this a flyover FBO. One star is to much but zero is not an option.
