I was referred to Dr. Francis by my primary dentist and I am so happy that I chose Decatur Orthodontics for my braces treatment. The staff is amazing! They will go out of their way to accommodate you and you can tell they genuinely enjoy interacting with you. I had my braces on for 2 years and 8 months and it was well worth the wait. I had no doubt that my teeth would look good but they look absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with everything. I cannot stop smiling.

Dr. Oral Francis has been my orthodontist for nearly 5 years! I’m probably his most complex case ever, but we are going strong on this journey together. Since I’ve been attending Decatur Orthodontics, I’ve established and maintained some of the best relationships with the staff. At this point in my life, they’re all considered my family. I truly believe in the saying “it takes a village to raise a child” because that’s exactly how I feel about these people. I enjoy interacting with everyone, and I know that it’s going to be a joyous moment once my treatment is complete! Best staff ever! 💜

Im a new patient here and I have to say this is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! The staff is VERY professional and friendly. The place is very beautiful. The wait time is not long at all, you're in and out. I can say alot more good things about this dentist and I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Amazing Staff and Amazing Service !! The team at Decatur Orthodontics definitely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable (given that I have a fear of dentists). Warm and friendly staff and Dr Francis knows his stuff.
