I gave this company a deposit for my husbands headstone on July 28th; the payment was cashed immediately. I was hoping to have the headstone installed by his birthday October 6. As of today September 20th (almost 2 months later) I still don't have an acceptable proof, payment wasn't made to the cemetery for the foundation,  nor have I received a refund (as requested). I have attempted to contact them numerous times with no response.
My children don't have anywhere to visit their father for this unfortunate milestone. This company has proven
