I was quoted a price over the phone to have my twin daughters' hair braided.. $45 a piece. Which is actually more than what I normally pay but I live close by and it's days from Christmas so I figured okay why not... My sister insisted that $45 was too much for the simple styles I wanted for my daughter's so because I live close by I went up to the shop.. I asked the stylist how much would it be for cornrows braided into a ponytail with no hair added. she said $75 a piece.. I was blown away I couldn't believe it.. I told her that I had called and inquired previously and was told $45 she said if I have two kids it's more money (da hell?? How does that make sense) I quickly said no thank you and left.. the stylist then comes to the door and calls me back.. like "okay okay.. how much can you pay??? Can you do 65?" I again held firm and said no thank you.. Since when do we barter for hair services.. ?!?!!? I could understand a few dollars difference in the price but it really seems like they are just arbitrarily pulling prices out of the sky based off of what they think they can charge people.. that's ridiculously unprofessional.. 

Additionally when I walked in the shop smelled like burnt hair from the client who was in the chair having her hair blow dried. The woman literally had tears in her eyes.. which further made me be like no thanks. I refuse to pay a fortune for a stranger to torture my children..

I waited 45 minutes before she started my appointment. Then became very belligerent when I tried to tell her how I wanted my hair; which was only reinforcing the text I has sent. She is far from professional, actually rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The braids were too tight. The price is average but does not reflect the quality I expected. I learned my lesson.

Dede was amazing ,I loved her professionalism, she was very concerned about her customer service and my hair is simply fabulous .... I will definitely be a returning customer.....

Never again is all I got to say. And praying my Natural hair is not damaged underneath my Ghana Braids from excessive blow drying without being gentle (even though I asked her too), and the tightness of the braids. Even though my hair is natural does not mean you have to be rough, especially since I Shampoo and Deep Conditioned my hair before hand. Yes, it looks nice in the end but was not worth my time or money. Also did not warn it was cash only and, kept changing the price like she was guessing how much to charge me. I've had others do braids on my Natural hair without trouble before; This was the worst.
