Love their service and love how they leave my hair cut recommendations go to dolores

I walked in to touch up my base color and they said $45 ($10 more then my regular hair dresser) but since my hair dresser was not available that day I decided to try them. She placed the color in my hair and services 3 other clients while I waited (1 hr with the color) I waited patiently for her to wash my hair. After she washed my hair she said it was $25 extra to blow dry it. At this point I was so upset that I said no. I should have just Walked out without paying because I was so upset but I paid $45 and left. It is mind boggling how they decide to increase the price in the middle of the service. Completely unprofessional.
