The quality is fine, the drivers are nice, no complaints there.  The speed of delivery is routinely poor however.  Tonight, for the first time, I saw an estimated delivery time on a web order, and while it is just an estimate, it should be in the ballbark.  I placed a call to the store at 75 minutes, with an estimated time of 40.  I was told it was on its way.  When you are approaching double the quote time, it should be on its way.  Just a "hey sorry about that,  looks like what happened was___________"  is all it takes.   If its going to take awhile that's fine, I just want to know is all.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would.  Ordered online 1:45 later I call store 3 times and listen to music for 10 minutes.  No one answers!! Finally have other store transfer me on the 2 nd try after they hung up on me the first time and the guy that answers proceeds to tell me our pizza isn’t made yet!!! Are you kidding me??? Tells me how busy they are and half staffed....not my problem.  Second time I’ve ordered from deeks and both a disaster.  Order your pizza elsewhere....what a joke.

If I could give a no star review I would. I ordered a pizza, soda, and breadsticks. After an hour of not hearing anything from them I called the store. They said they were really busy and behind schedule but that the delivery girl left about 10 minutes ago and should be delivering soon, then promised free breadsticks for my next order. 10 minutes after the call the girl finally showed up with a cold pizza and cold breadsticks. I will NEVER order from the West Fargo Deek's Pizza again. So disappointing.

Ordered deeks delivery tonight. Came in 65 minutes. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was a little cooler than lukewarm. It was also rubbery and had hardly any sauce. Not going to try it again.
