I was inappropriately assessed various charges when moving out of my property. Many of the charges were due to failure of the realtor to appropriately inspect the property before move-in. As a result, I was charged for "damages" that were present at move-in. I do not recommend renting with Deem Realty as it seems they like to take advantage of loop holes and poor quality work.

TERRIBLE... I WENT THERE FOR A LISTING OF PROPERTY ..lady at front desk was on a personal Phone call  (which in have no problem with) but the fact that she didn't have the audacity or respect to at least signal to me that she would be a minute.  So I take it up on myself to ask for the listings. Then she rudely tells "JON COME HELP THIS LADY" I FELT TOTALLY DISRESPECTED ...
