Took my sons Rzr 170 in, the transmission would not engage. They replace three bolts in the sprocket and charged me $90. They fixed it in 1 day. Has the small town family owned feel. They could have easily charged me 2 to 3 hours labor and I would have never known. What they don’t know is I’m looking to buy a skid steer soon and they have won my business.

They are rude and lied about returning something when I bought it, then they wouldn't return it. Let me spend the $ and now I'm out 90$! Rude asses!

Bruce at Deen Implement could not be more polite, helpful, kind and patient. Apparently he loves his job and one of those people who wants to do whatever they do, do it right. I've been self-employed since 1973 owning 4-5 businesses and hired a lot of people. Understandably a great deal of people go to work, do just the job, get a check and go home. That's ok. For some its about doing what you care about and not just a job. They don't always get a pat on the back but its nice when someone notices. I'm an Arborist, 71 and still climb trees.
