Story

The Deer Park Police Department has a total of 61 licensed police officers and 49 full- and part-time civilians. The goal of the department is to provide the highest quality of police services so as to improve the quality of life for the community of Deer Park.

The men and women of the Police Department are committed to building strong, effective, and mutually beneficial police / community partnerships. Modern law enforcement should be dedicated to the security of the community and service to the community. The continued development of the department should be centered on response to the changing needs of the community, the effective use of innovative ideas, and advanced technological applications of those ideas.
