Visited girlfriend only to have my window broken out and everything stolen from my car. Just to have the owner to tell me the signs that say they have cameras are just for show... Great place

Horrible place to live. Maintenance requests do not get filled. They change property managers every 2 months.... Vandalism is at an all time high! Broken glass everywhere in the parking lot.. Office staff never answers the phone.. They let residents cars get towed through a company their not contracted with so residents cars are being stolen!!!! Its not worth the price of what you pay!!! Security is not even offered! Its best to move along and find someplace better. ValleyView looks great!

I have been living at Deerfield Apartments since 02/15/09 and find it a quite decent place to live. I heard numerous bad things about the apartment complex but at this time have had NONE of the problems that have been mentioned. I cannot tell you about what happened in the past here but I can tell you now that management cares about her tenants and tolerates NO BS.
