This one star review is based on the rude customer service I received when calling to get a tire quote. For starters, the guy that answered the phone sounded miserable, he didn’t say hello, or good morning, simply said “Defer Tire.” After an awkward pause, I told him I would like to get a quote. Sounding annoyed, he asked  “for what, tires?“  but of course. He asked me what size the tires were, I told him I didn’t have that but I could provide him the year make and model of the vehicle. Now most other places I have called have been able to pull up tire information based on that. This guy however, sounding more annoyed now, said that’s not really good enough, and that there would be too many options, but proceeded to ask me for the year make and model anyways. At this point I told him never mind I will take care of it myself. If you don’t want to do your job or you were so miserable, call off and stay home. You just cost your company a perfectly good tire job.

Top Notch from beginning to end. Got quotes from a handful of local places but ultimately chose Defer. Got 4 tires along with a front and rear end alignment. Very professional over the phone and in person. Everything went as stated and I was very happy with their service. Will definitely be going back for other repairs when needed. Good job Mark and Don.

I went to Defer Tires about three weeks ago because my car's check-engine-light was on, and their services helped me considerably. The mechanics were kind enough to let me go into their garage and show me where the car's problem was. I would surely choose Defer Tires again if anything happens to my car again.
