I went to look at carpeting for my steps and was completely blown off. They only wanted to show me the fragments and tried to spend as little time with me as possible even though there weren't any other customers. When I insisted on looking at more than just the fragment carpeting they did not want to answer any of my questions or even help guide me when I asked which ones might be better with pets. While it would not have been a large sale, you should not treat customers this way. I was willing to spend more than the average price for carpet. In the end, I found similar carpet at Lowe's and I gladly bought at Lowe's at a better price with proper help.
