did not get the color i asked for and the woman i spoke with the following day refused to help and even walked away while I was trying organize a refund saying she could not fix it and I would have to come back the next day. This was for my wedding and I have no time to wait to fix it. My hair looks worse than it did before except now my roots are orange.
