They can't keep psychiatrists and lack males on their staff. Psychiatrists are mostly dismissive when/if they listen to their patients.  They forget they serve their patients.  PATIENTS!!!  Don't annoy them because they will falsify your medical records.  Ask to see your file.  You have that right.
