For my first  appointment I got stuck on I 20 with an accident which threw me late about 15 min.  I called the office and spoke with the secretary over three time she assured me that being late was fine and she was aware of the accident.  I get there and she tells me oh your 17 min late and have to reschedule.  How rude.  Needless to say I went elsewhere with better customer  service.   This could have been prevented if she told me to reschedule on one of my three calls to her office.  Senseless

They schduled me in for the same week.  I arrived 25 mins before my appointment ,  and I still had to wait 50 mins to be seen.

Tried to make appointment the lady in front sound like she was interested or care. Then she said she'll call back and never did. Terrible

This is a great clinic. They show great care and the staff are warm and friendly. You can tell they care about what they are doing. I rather go to them than emory.
