I went in after a car accident. I was concussed and had a separated shoulder. I spent over 5 hours in there. It took them 2 hours to give me a pain shot. The attending doctor almost sent me home without a proper diagnoses on my shoulder. (Somehow he got me confused with the patient next door). They did not ice my shoulder. They did not tell me to ice my shoulder. My friend said the bathrooms were very dirty and the examining rooms had litter on the floor. They gave us a choice of hospitals at the accident scene. Guess which one I won't pick next time.

They are horrible. Very dirty, un sanitary, trash always on the ground in every room and hall way. Give up on patients very easily, dont try hard enough to help figure out diagnosis.

My husband was sent home, with chest pain, while this hospital waited for insurance authorization from our insurance. A few hours later, while at Memorial Hospital Chattanooga, his heart stopped...for 22 minutes. A team worked to revive my husband. Thank God & Memorial Hospital for saving my husband after DRMC threw him away. P.S to post you have to mark at least one star...thus the star. If this could have been shared otherwise, no star would have been marked.

My daughter when in said she heard her foot snap and severe pain.... They did X-ray ... They said just bruised sent her home then said follow up with orthopedics . Made appt with orthopedic next day and they said it was severely broken and don't see how they missed it and it had already started healing and can't be fixed now..... Called hospital they said the person who diagnosed her shouldn't have cause the one who reads the X-rays wasn't even in to read it at the time!!! So this place is a joke!! They said they wouldn't charge her insurance and they did anyway!!! Pathetic !!!!😤 Wouldn't even give them one star but it made me select one. They didn't seem to care when I was on the phone either not surprised or concerned .... That's scary😟

Tonight has to be the WORST experience I've ever had at this hospital. My daughter & I arrived around 8:45 pm, with a sick baby (my grandson, her sonK). He had been running a temperature for a couple of days & had been exposed to RSV. It is now, literally, 1:09 am & we are STILL here. I completely understand the triage process & that there are others that were ahead of us when we arrived. However, a 4+ hour visit to an emergency room is absolutely absurd.
