I almost decided not to post this, but I can't let it go. I discovered a lump in my breast a year ago. I made an appointment with Dr. Reynolds to examine it. After the exam, she stated that someone on her staff would contact me to set up the mammogram. A week went by so I decided to call the office. Had to leave a message. A couple of days went by, so I moved on to my PCP. I needed someone to care about my situation. Someone from this office called and left a message a few days later, but by then I had gotten a mammogram elsewhere. I was diagnosed with Stage 2B breast cancer, had a lumpectomy in December 2016, took Chemo, and radiation this year and am doing GREAT. No thanks to anyone at this office. Do not plan to return EVER! This is just my experience. I know I'm just 1 in a sea of patients, but what doctor doesn't follow up with someone with a lump......ijs.

Customer service is everything. Called to see initially if they were accepting new patients and if so if they had anything available for that day. Before the receptionist answered my questions, she began taking my information, so I paused and asked if they had anything available today before I continued to give her my information. She stated "no, not today." And I replied "ok. I'll just give you all a call later." She said "oh ok." and hung up in my face before I could even thank her for her help. Your establishment won't be at its best unless your staff has the basic foundations of customer service.

I've been going to the DeKalb women's specialist for a number of years. I've always had a positive experience all the doctors are wonderful but I love my doctor. Dr. Reynolds is a wonderful doctor she's caring and gentle and I think the world of her and all the other doctors in the office and the front office staff is wonderful.

If I could give them zero stars I would....i have called the last 2 days to make a new appt. and experienced VERY LONG HOLD TIMES. And then when they did answer the phone, i was hung up on. Called back and the receptionist didn't even know why i was on hold EVEN THOUGH i told them 3 TIMES why i wanted to make an appt. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Glad I didn't make an appt. with them or spend my money!
