Avoid them. They hide behind their agents. After you sign the contract they will fight you every time you ask a detailed question.. Won't even tell me the name of the products used on the exterior of my house.

Builder is not a good person and he is not keeping his word. when we bought the house he promise so many but after closing he never look back. never pick up phone some work is not still not finish in house after 12 month closing. please do not buy any house from this builder tell you friend and family

BEST VALUE IN THE AREA!!!!!!!! I built a house last year in the Falcon Crest neighborhood with this company and it was the best experience you could have. We looked at every possible scenario and every possible builder in the Spring-ford or Boyertown school districts. Building A new home made the most sense.. With chioces like Ryan Homes, or Bella Vista,etc. Delgrippo Enterprises gave us the best value for our money!!! The floor Plans were more grande and the prices were way less..... Building a new home is a dream come true and I just want people to have as much informnation as possible and deal with an honest company like Delgrippo. EVEN AFTER THE DEVELOPMWENT WAS DONE THEY CAME BACK TO HELP WITH THE SNOW REMOVAL. THESE OTHER REVIEWS MUST BE people upset about things not in the builders control. I can assure you they will do anything in there control to help.. That is why the have been in business so long and they are doing so well!!!!! GREAT COMPANY... TREATED LIKE FAMILY.........
