A water pipe behind my basement wall ruptured and flooded the basement, damaging the studs, walls, flooring, doors and a cabinet. Del Mar's estimate was few dollars less than insurance estimate. Their work was done very well, timely and professionally. They also respected my home and always cleaned the area after each work day. The communication between the project manager, workers and myself was great. Their work actually upgraded the value of my home. I will be using them for future upgrades.
