First experience with these guys is picking up 1 sheet of 3/4" plywood.  They hand my driver a completely warped piece of plywood. My driver unfortunately doesn't know the difference. I call the lumber yard to explain the situation, the guy immediately hangs up on me. Good to know where I will not be going. 

I always choose the smaller guy vs defaulting to Home Depot. I know that Home Depot wouldn't have handed someone a bad piece of plywood. 

Unsatisfied. If you plan on someone else picking up your lumber from this place that they know what they're doing because El Monte doesn't. 

Update: the owner must be referring to another angry customer.

From one small business to another its always hard managing a business and these guys are always busy! Sometimes in this field of work you can not please everybody but in regards to there service they have Good customer service and very friendly staff ,we work with this Vendor and when ever we have any type of problem it is always resolved quickly we appreciate your guys hard work & good quality products, keep up the good work !

Even though I liked that they ultimately gave us our money back without complaining. The fact that at first the cashier was iffy about giving us our money back though I had all the return items sealed new with the valid receipt is truly horrifying!!! Poor customer service experience for having to say to us we cant refund you the money or some sort of store credit will be issued. That experience immediately lost my business.
