I have been here 3 times since I moved to the area where there is one. I never even heard of the place just saw it several times on my way to work and decided to stop one day. This is what I'll say and I have heard different from other folk. I thought the customer service in drive thru was excellent. The lady took here time explaining the menu and didn't seem annoyed at all and I had a few questions. The food was very good compared to their competitors. Since my first visit I have been back three times and that was only a week ago my first time.
Waited almost an hour for them to ask me to cancel my order. $7 tip for over an hour. Now waiting out front. Big chain companies need better ways to get the food into delivery driver's hands. We're working for you.Food: 3/5
When I found Del Taco, I left Taco Bell alone. I fell in love but tonight has me sitting on the fence. We all have a bad moment and I caught this location in one. I ordered a huge order almost $100. I arrived to get my order but the grill was down. So I had to wait to get my food, then when I return I'm told that there are limited items. I literally have to wait an hour to get my food, and then when I return to my destination to distribute the food I did not get the crunchy tacos I asked for, None of my drinks were large. I did not get my burrito, my milkshake did not bring the boys to the yard and I should have gotten three fries, I only got two and they were burnt to hell. I am extremely angry about this experience and my freaking food. On a lighter note, the manager was very nice and willing to fulfil the order but homie fumbled the bag on this one. I was even willing to tip him. I can't say I'll be returning anytime soon. And I will be contacting corporate. Attached are some of the sad soft tacos I ordered and the burnt fries.
I had been singing praises about this place... I ordered burgers and fries for dinner last night. We decided to have them for lunch today instead. As I prepared to heat up our food, I found a long strand of hair cooked into the burger I am beyond disgusted with this find. I thought I found a new taco/burger spot, I'll surely miss their but this did it for me
The only reason why I gave a low star is because health issues and people at risk issues has not been addressed. People are making food with long hair flinging everywhere and hair nets not enforced people are making food with the same gloves they touch the cards and cash register with and it's very disturbing. Their food is great but this will turn a great place bad real quick and end up in a law suit
Got a Quesadilla, and a Chicken Burrito. Quesadilla was dry as FU meat seemed to have been old and cold. Chicken Burrito was dry as well and looked like steak SMH !! For my very first time ever at Del-Taco my experience was horrible.Food: 1/5
I went through the drive thru, the staff was friendly, the food was good. There wasn’t a long wait at the drive thru and my food came out fresh.Food: 5/5
Ok so this is the first time I've ever had Del Taco and it was pretty good. It taste more authentic and way better then Taco Bell. The nachos were really good, don't judge them since I asked for no veggies but they were delicious lol. I didn't like the Loaded Queso Burrito much because it had fries in it but that was my fault for choosing it, otherwise everything else was great.
It's rare that I can find fresh food served through drive thru and they open late, and good customer service. Food is good and fresh. I love their popper drinks. Yum!
They really treated us very badly, we didn't finish talking and she told us that's all, when we paid she asked us to turn around again because there was a delivery behind us, that had never happened to us, and finally when she got home , and I opened my birria ramen it had the lemon label, everything was very unpleasant
